I'm working on a project and looking at the Quality Views Credit, one of the requirements is as follows: "views that include at least two of the following: (1) flora, fauna, or sky; (2) movement; and (3) objects at least 25 feet from the exterior of the glazing;"
Does anyone know what "Movement" refers to? Is it people walking? Cars passing by?

Hey Luis,
I believe "movement" does refer both to people and vehicles moving. The v4 Guide enables busy streets to take into positive account at views evaluation, based on the visual contrast of a still work station and an external environment being in motion. I also have based both my regularly and nonregulary occupied spaces evaluation on busy external streets.
Apart from people and cars passing by, also ships moving on water bodies are verified. I wonder whether airplanes could be accepted, e.g. in the case of a project, with an actively used airport nearby?
All the best, Viktoria

Reference Guide states, "Movement includes such activities as people walking, cars driving on the street, and boats moving through the water. Movement of plants and trees from wind does not qualify."
