I will be using Option Two for IEQ 3.2 NC V2009 in a ~70,000 sf office building that has ten floors (~7,000 sf per floor) all serviced by one rooftop unit. I'm thinking that I will have to collect one sample per floor, as each floor is its own contiguous area. I also plan to spread out the samples in different locations throughout the floors under the diffusers to get the "greatest presumed source strength" and in corners where there could be less ventilation. Thoughts...suggestions?

I think you have a good plan. Just remember the space is supposed to be at minimum outdoor air intake and samples collected in the least ventilated areas. You are testing the building off-gassing and not the outdoor air, last minute touch ups, cleaning products, human emissions, etc. In my experience the VOCs are the ones that fail the testing most of the time. I do a modified TO-17 test with the Radiello passive sampler and ask for the individual VOCs to be identified as well as their quantities in addtion to the Total VOCs. That way if (when) it it fails I have an idea as to what is making it fail to allow for more appropriate corrective actions.
