Our building team was not able to collect the daily journals from occupants, becuase occupants did not want to handle pen/paper or come in close proximity with others. We tried setting up an online blog but had no success in recieving occupant journal entries. We are currious as to how other proejcts were successful with this requirement.

Our company has an app that employees can download to their phone, or fill in online to complete their daily health assessment. It seems reasonable that the daily questionnaire could be included in a digital format similar to an app. I think the questions need to be pared down to get engagement.
