How to report High COP values for Chillers

Hi I am working on a Data Center in Chicago, and we have Chillers which have a high COP when the ambient temperature is low outside, so The energy modeling software that I am using can ony get as high as a COP of 50 but there are close to 2000hrs in a year in chicago where the temperature is below freezing and we are getting high COP of more than 50 how can I report thoise savings?

TIA

The chillers should be modeled with the rated efficiency. The increased performance at low outdoor temperatures would be accounted for within the modeled performance curves.
