We are conducting a certificate LEED for a student residence.
We have a doubt regarding the meters that must be placed. We don't know if we:
1 - should put one for each room, or
2 - place a meter for all rooms, separating it from the bar and workers area.
Is second option available for the completion of the credit?
Thank you in advanced.

Technically each unit is a separate tenant so for Option 1 you would need to meter each unit.
Option 2 would likely be extremely difficult and costly in a building like this. The way the building in wired will have a significant effect on the project's ability to even do it in the first place.

Thank you very much Marcus!
when you mean option 2, you mean Option2. Advanced metering or my second option (place a meter for all rooms, separating it from the bar and workers area.)?
I say this because if we put a meter for each room, I think that advanced energy metering could be carried out.

I meant Option 2 of the credit. For Option 1 of the credit you need a meter for each tenant space, each unit in your case. For Option 2 you not only need a meter for each unit that meets the advanced metering requirements but you also need to submeter all energy end uses within each unit (heating, cooling, fans, lighting, plug loads, etc) and then be able to actually aggegate those energy end uses for the whole building.
