I have no experience with this pilot program, so naturally I'll have a couple questions rather than comments.
Therefore, from what I can gather we just need to meet the requirements in the LEED BD&C v4 Thermal Comfort credit; provide a statement demonstrating the type of thermal system being used for the project, explaining the plans to test, maintain, and report the changes with the system. Am I comprehending this credit correctly?
And is this pilot credit achievable only after the occupancy of the building or can it be submitted during the construction phase?
How does this forum work in regards to gaining the pilot credit for "Learning Controls for thermal comfort?"
