How can I register a Resort Project with multiple distinct physical structures with one exceeding 25000 Sq.ft.?
Description: I understand that Resort projects with multiple physically distinct buildings can be registered as a single project. I have a Project looking to pursue LEED BD+C: Hospitality Certification. The project has several physically distinct structures, with 25 separate villas, one casino building, one presidential suite building, one reception block building, and a restaurant building. Of these, only the restaurant building is over 25000 Sq.ft. Can I register the project as a group project with two buildings? One encompassing 25 separate villas, reception block, casino block, and presidential suite (all are below 25000 Sq.ft.) and the second with the restaurant building (which is over 25000 Sq.ft.)
