I am university student and I am writing my thesis about leed certification, especially cost materials. Since no company is sharing with me actual cost materials I just founded percentage information. For example,
75% diversion of construction and demolition debris
20% of recycled content building materials
20% regionally extracted, harvested, recovered, or manufactured materials. So, my question is how can I obtain the actual cost of Material and resource part? Thank you

Actual costs can vary tremendously from project to project. There are many variables affecting costs. Unless you are basing your thesis on an existing project, I imagine you'd have to model a baseline building and create a material costs estimate for that type and size of project for a given location.

Can you clarify if you are looking for the cost of the different materials used in a building, or the additional cost of pursuing each LEED credit? For average building costs in the US, many companies use books or resources from RSMeans. For costs of LEED certification search for "Cost of LEED" and a study by Davis Langdon.
