we are working with in a LEED project with 5 building and we have used Group approach and the Exterior lighting and Domestic booster pumps are used in commonly so we have some clarification in account these commonly used facilities additionally we have prove 5% independent saving without considering renewable energy contribution for all buildings
now the doubts are
1.can we prove 5% independent saving for each building without considering commonly used facilities like Exterior lighting and booster pump (commonly used facilities are modelled and included in group level only )
2.Can we model this facility as prorated basis (Area based fraction) for all building
