The elementary school we're working on will have a greenhouse for growing primarily food products, with the aim of teaching students where food comes from and what the associated environmental/health values are. Production will not be large, but vegetables will be cleaned and used in the school kitchen as further demonstration. We're thinking this would be a good innovation credit?

Hi Larry, I see your post is almost a year old but thought I'd chime in that there is a Pilot Credit for Local Food Production which might be a good fit for your project. We have earned it on a few projects.
