For warehouse and distribution centers, SSc8 an Option 3 should be introduced such that if a firm has an established logistics optimization system in place that will be implemented at a new facility, the demonstrated reductions from this logistics optimization program should be recognized. Such measures could include scheduling optimization, packing material optimization to increase product volume shipped per truck and other such measures.
