I am currently working on a project on which we are hoping to achieve the Views credit. However, the low side of our glazing starts at 3'-0". Does having solid wall between 30" and 36" prevent us from pursuing this credit? The head of the window is at 9'-8" and we have an unobstructed view at the 42" seated view height. I am confused as to whether the credit language is saying glazing is required between 30" and 90" in order to be eligible for this credit.

The simple answer is no. You'll be fine with glazing starting at 36"
