Is there a minimum quantity of wood that must be used on the project to qualify for this credit?

We are pursuing IEQc4.5 from LEED-CI as an ID credit. Are we then required to include the cost of furniture in MRc3–7?

We’re having trouble getting FSC wood within our budget. Can we use products with another forestry certification?

FSC COC

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to help our company decide whether to go for FSC certification. We manufacture products from MDf panels which are 97% recycled, so the new wood is a very small amount. Our supplier has a COC number, but we don't, and our customers ask for the COC number as part of our LEED documentation. I don't want to add expense to our business if it doesn't contribute to LEED points, yet a COC number seems to be required by some entities that we sell to. Any thoughts on this? - thanks.
