I am with a General Contractor, and we have completed four (4) BD+C New Construction LEED Silver buildings for a college in Kentucky between the years 2009-2013 (I think all under v3). We are now building a dorm on their campus (with v4). The other buildings are no more than 1/4 mile away from this new location. Do we have potential to obtain any points for this credit with our circumstances?

Hi Daniel, points are only awarded if an official LEED-ND certification has been achieved. So while the cluster of LEED-BDC projects is great, they wont help you for this credit.
