Warehouses-NC-v4.1 EQc4:Indoor Air Quality Assessment

Flush out in warhouse zone

Hello, I am working on a warehouse project.

The storage in the warehouse will be ventilated with an exhaust fan to meet the calculated minimum fresh air flow requirement (0.4 L/s/m²). If this zone has to meet the flush out requirements before occupancy (4270m3/m²) it will take 4 months for the flush out to take place i.e., between the end of the construction stage and occupancy. Path 2 of the reference guide isn't possible to apply here because of the required airflow of 1.5 L/s/m². This airflow is much higher than the maximum air flow capacity of an exhaust fan.

My question is: is the flush out requirement before occupancy relevant to warehouse zones ?
