I've never heard of off-gassing furniture before and it seems like it could be a difficult approach to document.This sounds like a good CIR to write. If you do write it, it would be best to include information about the furniture off-gassing being as stringent, if not more stringent than the credit requirements and it may also be helpful if the furniture is Greenguard or SCS Indoor Advantage certified.
