Healthcare-v4 MRc6:PBT source reduction - lead, cadmium and copper

Fire alarm cables (Public Address system) in the hospitals

Fire alarm cables are same like electrical cables, however, its function is different. The v4 LEED guide uses the words ''Electrical wiring and cabling'' under Lead requirements (Healthcare-v4 MRc6: PBT source reduction - lead, cadmium and copper). 

I want to know whether fire alarm cables will require LEED compliance or no?
