Dear All,

According to LEED V4 manual, on Protect or restore Habitat credit, Projects that achieve a density of 1.5 floor-area ratio (FAR) may include vegetated roof surfaces to comply with requirements.

However I would like to clarify how should I calculate the FAR for this credit. Should I consider the building land available on my site Leed boundary or should I consider the building land available within a 14 mile radius of the site/project boundary (as for surrounding density credit)?

Additionally, for building floor area calculations, may I include the parking areas?
