Pilot-Credits PC34:Design for Adaptability

Fair Housing Act

Why don't you just list the requirements for Fair Housing? The vague language of the list in the requirements is confusing. It would be nice to see blocking for grab bars included, and maybe even grab bar installation to allow aging-in-place. Why is an "accessible" shower required in "adaptable" bathroom?
