On a LEED for Schools project do you ONLY have to post signage at the property line adjacent to all pedestrian and vehicular entrances indicating the no-smoking policy for the school site or is this requirement in addition to the "Post signage within 10 feet of all building entrances indicating that smoking is not allowed" requirement?

It is my understanding that signage is only required to be posted at the property line, since LEED for Schools prohibits smoking on the site.
I have worked on quite a few factories that prohibit smoking onsite. Even though they pursue NC certification we have been allowed to simply post "no-smoking on site" signage at the property entrances rather than at the building entrances.
