Hi,
Our project has a portion of existing landscaped area within the project boundary. Is it required to include it into the credit calculation or not?

Noriko, Step 2 in the Reference Guide says "...indicate all areas on the project site that are to be planted," and Step 3 is titled Select Plant Types, so existing plantings are not included in the credit calculations.
