NC-2009 WEc3:Water Use Reduction

Existing Fixtures

Do I have to account for the water use of existing fixtures to remain on a major renovation (football stadium) under LEED NC, if they are within the LEED boundary, but the spaces/structures they are located in are not being touched in any manner as part of the scope of work? If yes, do I use the actual fixture flow for each existing fixture?

Not yet, we have also sent this question and some additional credit questions into GBCI directly to see how each credit will be affected by the existing spaces/systems.
