Hi,
If I'm understanding the question correctly, yes, entryway systems would be expected where trolleys (carts?) would regular enter/exit the building. Any entrance that leads to the exterior (and even those associated with elevator lobbies in underground parking garages) that is regularly used should have these systems in place to comply with the credit requirements.
We've taken to the rule of thumb that they are pretty much expected everywhere that is not an engree-only door.
