Hello,

Unfortunately in our attempts to submit for a LEED design review today- the LEED Online submission system has yielded a number of errors which are documented below. Screenshots are available of the respective issues. We hope to receive guidance on how we can overcome these issues in order to submit for the review as soon as possible.

  1. Clicking on ‘Submit Review’ returns an error

All attempted credits have been completed, forms saved, and supplementary info attached. When clicking submit for review the following error occurs ‘Atleast one design credit/prerequisite or PIF should be submitted as part of this review’. We are unsure why this error has occurred when information has been provided for all credits.

  2. Credits not registering in the respective categories

For many of the credits the summary page shows as incomplete ie. ‘0 of 1’ or ‘2 of 16’.

We are hoping to understand what may be causing this error and how to correct it? We have tried updating the submission forms, however it remains unchanged. We can confirm there are uploads and associated documention included with all attempted credits.

3. Some forms will not upload

Some LEED forms which have been completed offline will not upload. The forms have been included as an upload. Is this acceptable? We have sought to fill in forms online and provide a narrative describing the issue (as to ensure forms are not left blank).

4. One credit will not accept any uploads

For one credit, there is an 'error with the LEED database' when trying to access the submission form. How can we can overcome this error and submit for this credit? Ie. Is it possible to email the criteria? Further, the credit will not accept uploads of anykind.

Thank you for your help,

Stefen
