We are about to begin the process of a Phase I ESA for the sustainable sites prereq for LEED for Schools. Is it acceptable to complete one single ESA for a larger site if just a portion of that area is our LEED boundary?
The goal for the client is to do one ESA for an area that will have two LEED certified school buildings. Otherwise, the buildings are being completed under seperate contracts and design teams. Thanks for your help!
