For a building with individual systems per unit, does every single system need to be commissioned?

CS-v4 EAp1:Fundamental commissioning and verification

Enhanced Commissioning - Final Upload

Hello, We are aiming to achieve all 6 credits under enhanced commissioning and we are aiming to submit the construction stage documentation upon completion of the project. Is v4 similar to v3 in that a contract with a commissioning agent for the 10 month review of systems will be sufficient for achieving the credits assuming the other paperwork is all in order.

Sorry for not seeing this almost a year ago! I thought I had subscribed to all the Cx threads. Thanks Tristan for bringing this to my attention. I have not seen the LEED Online for this yet (and you may have already) but I would expect that uploading the contract would be sufficient to show the 10-month review would happen. Have you submitted yet?
