We designed the Core & Shell of this building as one project - and subsequently also designed most of the tenant occupancies, so we know that there are savings in the lighting for the various tenants. As I'm filling out EAp2, if I pick "In Scope" in order to incorporate the savings in the lighting from my tenants, does that mean that *all* of the credits would have to incorporate the tenant build-out also? Specifically, the construction team has tracked their materials usage for the Core & Shell for the various MR credits - but they might not have kept track so much when building out the tenants, since this was a LEED C&S project.

Claiming energy savings in the tenant spaces does not create a requirement to include the tenant spaces in the documentation of other credits.
