NC-v4 EAp2:Minimum energy performance

Energy Recovery Exception f

The proposed building has its largest source of exhausted air less than 75%. Would this qualify the baseline to take exception "f" or the baseline building should be treated independatnly from the proposed building? I am guessing it should be independant, just like when the proposed building pump power is more than 22 W/gpm but the baseline should be 22 W/gpm

Correct, the Baseline requirements for energy recovery should be determined for each Baseline system according to Section 6.5.6.1, independently from the Proposed building.
