NC-v4 EAp2:Minimum energy performance

In my project, for the base case as per ASHRAE 90.1-2010 Sys-8, I need to model both the primary and secondary pumps in the chilled water loop. However, in eQUEST, the default loop is created with only the primary pump. If I add another pump, the existing loop does not connect to it. If anyone knows the step-by-step guidance, kindly comment.

The default pump on the chilled water loop would be the secondary pump. Primary pumps are attached to each chiller under the Chiller Properties > Loop Attachments > Chilled Water > Pump.
