We are modeling a gym in Guatemala where we will have no heating or cooling system but will have mechanical ventilation. How would we set conditions for the base model VS the design model; the same or differently. There are no energy efficiency measures such as CO2 sensors, demand control ventilation, etc.

Model the ventilation identically.
