Energy Model for building with under floor air distribution

We are working on a business tower with 2B+G+ 27+Roof floors. The tower has raised floor with UFAD/TDV systems from ground floor to 27th floors except toilets areas in each floor. All fresh air and AC air supply & return will be through from raised floor only and not from the ceiling. I will apprecate if someone could advise me how to model raised floor in Visual DOE software

For VisualDOE the same could apply and you could also check the Bldg-Sim discussion board at onebuilding.org
