Hello, I am dealing with a hotel project that will have elevated buggy paths connected to buildings for a second and third tier of buildings. Does the elevated buggy path area and the elevated bridges have to be counted towards the area total for this credit or is it just on grade road surfaces?

Hi John, Following your post. We have a similar scenario on a sloped site where an elevated road is within the site boundary, with fully landscaped ground beneath. Hope we both get an answer soon! (Lizzie Gerock, Taiwan)
