EBOM-v4 WEp1 - option 1 - Design flush rates

Hello, would anyone know what is the approach to take in oder to identify the Design Flush Rates for fixtures that one does know the make and have no specifications for, in order to perfrom the calculations for this prerequiste (option 1)?
