Hi Hannah, do you have an example of what the on-going commissioning test form should look like? Should the typical Functional Performance test forms be used or should we be using the "What to look for / What to do..." forms that we have seen floating around the industry?
Do you know what type of form is LOL reviewer looking for? This is a big confusion.
Thank you,

Hi there
I'm thinking that you would want a combination of those two elements you described, to ensure that if the project team is completing the tests in-house, they have instructions to do so.
To that end, we have developed our ongoing commissioning test forms to include a few specific elements, including some or all of the following elements: ensuring all PM activities have been completed prior to testing, actual Functional Performance Tests (including instructions on when and how to check operation / status), how to conduct trend analysis, and what to do when there are issues (usually in the form of a checklist).
All that said, these tests can be more or less detailed and comprehensive depending on your individual project budgets and objectives.
Let me know how else I can help - unfortunately, there historically hasn't been many projects submitting for OCx so I think the reviewers are still figuring out what the *right* level of detail is required for submittals.
Thanks
Hannah
