Perhaps contact ACEEE directly and see if they have any thoughts? If this is a class of vehicle that they simply haven't evaluated, I imagine that GBCI would settle for a letter/email from ACEEE indicating their general thinking on the subject. If they can't help you, I suspect you are left with trying to make a convincing case to the reviewer based on the most closely comparable vehicles in the ACEEE guide, but not counting on earning credit for that vehicle. Hope that helps at least a little.

Thanks Dan. Good to know that I wasn't missing something obvious. I will try and call the ACEEE.
