The project site is on a historic district which had significant ground water and soil contamination. The project building is also an existing building that is being renovated for the project. There were VOCs found in the soil and I have testing reports showing that the lead was in non hazardous levels and all the existing plumbing has been changed for the building. Is there still a requirement to commit for the annual screening and testing and for any drinking water testing for that matter since the plumbing was removed and the new plumbing installed is lead free?
