It used to be that we could download certified projects from LEED Online. Just lately I've noticed that the download capability had been moved to https://www.usgbc.org/projectdownload.
Today I tried downloading a project and have not been able to download any readable files - get a "file corrupted" message. Has anyone experienced this?
Thanks.

Deborah - Thanks for sharing this new location for downloads. I tried it on one of my CI v2009 projects and I got an non-corrupted zip file to download. However, when I went to the credits folder and picked several different forms, they are all blank. This seems like a problem, which should have been evident to me as the zip file size is so small as compared to other projects I downloaded successfully (and had data). I'll pass this along to USGBC and include your post so they can take a look at it. Maybe you post the project ID as a reply on this forum if it is only one you are having trouble with?
FYI: Having this new download makes me wonder if USGBC is planning to transition us out of LEED Online and they are planning for another way to access the old data. All my LEED certified projects, which used any version of LEED Online, show up at the new link.

Michelle - I downloaded two projects and got the same result - no data.
ON the subject of hiccups = we were also unable to download the final LEED scorecard and certification for an older project (v2.2). Last we heard USGBC was still "working on it".
Hmmm.

Deborah - I heard back from the USGBC Technology Team. I had forgotten that the LEED-CI project I tried to download was a secure submittal - so of course my forms were blank - user error. :( (The project was submitted via a secure website and no data was ever in LEED Online.) Could that be the case for you too?
Note: I tested the download again with a regular (non-secure) LEED 2009 and LEED v2.2 project and was able to get everything as expected - although neither download contained a scorecard (see below).
Are you still having trouble getting downloads?
Re: Hiccups - I just downloaded a scorecard from the Project Directory for a v2.2 project - https://www.usgbc.org/projects/durango-public-library - using the Download Scorecard button. I don't think you can get a scorecard for anything that was pre-LEED Online v2 (LOv2). I tested this for my first LEED project, which certified using a paper and Excel spreadsheet submittal - https://www.usgbc.org/projects/carver-museum-cultural-center?view=scorecard - and there isn't a scorecard.

Michelle,
thanks for following up. I did hear back directly from USGBC; they sent me a link for a sharepoint download, but unfortunately the link did not recognize me (although I am on multiple other project sharepoint sites). So, USGBC is still working on it.
Glad you got yours to work!
