I am working with a team that is inexperienced in LEED documentation, and has never worked on LEED online. Consequently, I have downloaded LEED Letter Templates from the credits online, and distributed to the appropriate discipline for them to be completed offline. Can you reupload the completed LEED Letter Template to the credit form (not in the upload section) to replace the blank LEED form, or do I need to redo the information on LEED online?

We did not complete the LEED Online form, just checked the "Alternate compliance" box on the form, with the information to refer to the completed, uploaded form.
That worked for us.

There's a chance this might work if you, yourself, are set up in the system to use offline forms, download them that way, distribute, and then reupload all of them yourself. The way I understand the system is that only the person who checked out the form can check it back in.
If you've just regularly downloaded them and distributed, then I agree with Deborah on the path of least resistance.
