Hello,
Our project will be purchasing old teak wood (in good shape) from housing that is to be demolished. The invoices may be simple hand written pages noting the pricing and date. Is that sufficient to document the cost of the wood?
Also there will be no cut sheets provided for this wood. The checklist makes mention of cut sheets but maybe that refers to other MR credits?

When you submit initially you don't have to provide back up or verification of price. The invoices can be simple and handwritten though it is unlikely you would be asked to provide them.
You don't need a product cutsheet per se but will want to be able to validate that where you got the wood, that it's reused.
