Is documentation that no contract is required from the hauler required as proof for this credit?
We pursued this credit for a previous project and the compost hauler did not require a contract in place. We included this clarification in the documentation submission, but the LEED Reviewer still commented on this aspect. This time around, our hauler also does not require a contract. I plan to clarify this for the submission but don't plan to provide any other documentation.
