CS-2009 MRc1:Building Reuse—Maintain Existing Walls, Floors and Roof

Documentation if the building structure remains the same

We have a Major Renovation project where NO changes on the building structure will occur. Only some breakthroughs will be done to install some new pipes and ducts. If we would conduct all the calculations I estimate that we maintain 99% of the relevant constructions. Has anyone tried to submit an alternative documentation stating that there will be practically no changes without much calculation?

I have not but you could try it and see what kind of comments you get in the clarifications requests. Be sure to show pre and post demo plans.
