Hi, In a situation where we buy a certain product from a retail supplier who is within the 100 mile radius, but the actual manufacturer is outside that limit is it still possible to pursue this credit? In essence are we to consider the distance to the actual manufacturer or to the supplier from whom we buy this product?

Hi Magda, Consider the manufacture which is the place of final assembly of components into the building product (to be within 500 miles).

Hi Magda, just to clarify, if you're talking about food products the distance requirement is 100 miles. And you're right that the manufacturer (e.g. location of harvest/production) is the important point, not the supplier.
