In our project i have the following case: I have a bicycle storage with capacity for 100 bycycle (enough for comply with the short-term bicycle storage and the long-term bicycle storage).
The bicycle storage have 30 metres from the firsts bicycle to the main entrance of the building, my question is: all the bicycles of the bicycle parking have to comply with the distance of 30 metres or we can comply if the begining of the storage is at a distance of 30 metres?

In LEED v4.1 the distance has been increased to 200 ft for short term storage and 300 ft for long term storage. Can we choose to comply with v4.1 credit by credit?

project teams are allowed to comply with v4.1 on a credit-by-credit basis at this time. In fact LEED Online now includes a "credit substitution" icon. If this icon is clicked, then the credit must follow the v4.1 requirements. Good Luck!

i would expect that measurements can be taken from the beginning of the bike storage, rather than the furthest bike storage location. the illustration in the reference guide appears to note the distance to the middle of the bike storage location. Not sure what the correct answer on this one is, apologies. probably will need GBCI or LEEDcoach to provide their thoughts.
