The currently requirements (Option 1 - EPD) do not appear to be in-line with the credit-specific requirements/additional questions. It looks like when the edits were made on 01/15/2013 to address the 5th Public Comment, the credit-specific/additional questions section was not updated to address specifically Option 1. This section continues to focus on items that would be applicable to Option 2 -Multi-Attribute Optimization.

This still seems to be the case. I did my best to answer per Option 1. Did anyone have success with this?

Yes - we've achieved this pilot credit on multiple projects with just making sure we were documenting compliance with the actual credit requirements (EPDs) and not what the additional questions were referring to. We left cost out of the calculation entirely as it does not apply to the requirements of the actual pilot credit. Essentially our answers to most of the additional questions were all "this is not applicable to the requirements of this pilot credit."
