Regarding 'Social equity within the project team' (NOT WITHIN O+M STAFF) Option 1, Path (2)b-2: Participation in, or providing of, access to workforce development training through Life-Skills training programs conducted on the construction site...are there requirements for:

  1. Whether instructors for training programs offered, need to be certified to teach/discuss certain topics?
  2. The length of time that each training session is held? For example: 1 hour/session/month?
  3. Whether certain training sessions can be offered throughout the duration of construction to build knowledge over time (GED test prep, for example) and/or whether other sessions may be repeated 2-3 times during construction (debt management, for example), since certain trades will only be onsite during a specific part of the construction process. For those who are not onsite the entire time, are they able to come back to the site to complete trainings sessions that are not repeated?
  4. Minimum number of attendees per session?
