NC-v4.1 MRc1:Building Life-Cycle Impact Reduction

Design stage of the submitted LCA analysis?

I couldn't find any mention of requirements for the design stage of the submitted LCA analysis. If the LCA is performed during DD, say, and not much significant has changed to the design through CDs, can we submit the LCA from DD? Or must it be updated to the final/latest Revit design model?

Hello there!  This is design based credit. We submit during design review based on 100 CD% drawings or drawings that goes out to bidding. If you open "Credits" tab on LEED Online and select "Design Credits". This will populate "Building Life-Cycle Impact Reduction" as design credit.  Hope this helps!
