We're doing a project that is >75% of the interior of the building (nearly all of it), but is considered CI. It's an owner-occupied, multi-building campus that participates in a Demand Response program with the utility. Seems like this COULD be relevant to the current project (a holdover 2009 project) as an innovation, since the loads from this project are included in the load-shedding strategy. Would it be vaguely reasonable to consider submitting this as an innovation?

Sounds reasonable to me.
