how can a fit-out that is to be certiifed by commercial interiors be a "greenfield development" ?
Surely once the core and shell project is completed, the fit-out is on a previously developed site. This should be true even if it is the first fit-out in a new building that was built on a greenfiled site

HI Ken,
The CI reference guide specifically states that "greenfield developments and projects that do not use existing infrastructure are not eligable." I agree with your assumption that a TI space moving into a building, even a new one, is moving into a "previously developed" condition.
