Hallo, I am reading Section 6.2.7 ASHRAE 62.1-2010, and it is not clear to me if the building needs to install DCV. In case this is mandatory, is it required for every tenant?
Verbatim from the Standard:
6.2.7. Dynamic Reset. The system may be designed to reset the outdoor air intake flow and/or space or ventilation zone airflow as operating conditions change.
6.2.7.1 DCV
6.2.7.1.1 DCV shall be permitted as an optional means of dynamic reset.

Hi Gustavo,
The standard does not require DCV and it is not required to be installed in the building for LEED. The standard identifies dynamic reset as an optional component of the ventilation system and DCV as a method by which to implement the dynamic reset strategy.
