We are working on a project where 2/3rd of the programmed space is for K-8 and 1/3 of the programming is dedicated to a daycare, Pre-K.
I am wondering if I can determine the number of covered bike racks as if 100% of the project is a school (no short term parking, different network options etc) or if I have to proportionally calculate the daycare using its occupancies numbers as a commercial project?
Does anyone have experience working on a project that serves as an elementary school and daycare within the same structure and have any insight or guidance? Thanks!
